CVEATC Waiver
All athletes and staff members must complete the CVEATC waiver before being given access to the facilities.

Code of Conduct
Everyone must sign the CVEATC waiver - by signing the waiver you agree to this Code of Conduct. You are responsible for reading, understanding, and following the CVEATC Code of Conduct.
CVEATC Rules
Breaking the following rules may result in the loss of dining access and/or loss of access to the Training Center altogether. If by breaking the rules you lose access to the dining hall, you will be responsible for providing your own food during your suspension. Please refer to the Code of Conduct linked above for more details. You are responsible for reading, understanding, and following the CVEATC Code of Conduct.
Dining Hall Rules
You cannot swipe anyone else into the dining hall - not even your teammates. If someone doesn’t have their badge they need to stop by ACI to get a new one.
There are no more to-go boxes. You cannot take food out of the dining hall unless it’s fruit, granola bars, coffee/tea.
Driving
You are not allowed to drive on the access roads (near the track), or the Olympic path (the brick walking path).
If South Gate is closed you must park in a parking lot and walk/scooter/bike to South Field.
Scooters/Bikes
You are not allowed to ride scooters or bikes on the sidewalks near the dining hall. There are visually impaired athletes onsite and it’s dangerous to ride in these areas.

Training
Your friends, families, clients, etc are not permitted to train anywhere on campus, including fields and gyms.
You are not permitted to train on any field besides South Field, unless the team has been relocated.

What are the dining hall hours?
Breakfast
7:00am-10:00am: Hot and cold breakfast items available
Lunch
12:00pm-2:00pm
Dinner
5:00pm-7:00pm: Dinner
7:00am-7:00pm - snacks available in the dining hall
How do I get to South Field?
You can access South Field by either driving down Wueste Road until you reach the opening in the fence. The fence may be closed due to rain, or other events. You can also access South Field by parking at one of the parking lots and walking down the Olympic Pathway. You are NOT allowed to drive your car on the Olympic path.
What is South Field Gate is closed?
You are not allowed to drive on any of the access roads in order to get to South Field. You can park in one of the designated parking lots and walk to South Field. Driving on prohibited roads could result in loss of facility access.
What happens if I lose my ID card?
You can stop by ACI during business hours, 9-5pm Mon-Fri, 9-3pm Saturday, and ask for a replacement card. If it’s after hours, please contact Liz Strohecker. Do not use anyone else’s card, or let anyone use your card. This may result in a loss of access to the dining hall and/or other areas of the training center.
